Support for Children, Teens & Families — Right at Home
Calm Horizon provides Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Services may be available to eligible youth and families authorized through PerformCare New Jersey.
IIC services bring therapeutic support directly into the youth’s home and community, allowing treatment to address challenges where they happen in everyday life.

We provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy for youth and families referred through PerformCare New Jersey. This service is flexible and can be delivered in-home or in the community, specifically designed to support children and adolescents (ages 5–21) who are facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Our approach includes options for child and adolescent therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy to ensure comprehensive support for every young person and their family.
Intensive In-Community therapy is designed for youth who may need additional behavioral and emotional support beyond traditional outpatient therapy.
Our clinicians work collaboratively with youth, parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to develop practical strategies that support stability and strengthen the family.
Services are individualized and may focus on:
